A new client to us for 2025, Proludic Limited UK (a leading manufacturer of Playground Equipment in the UK) came to EML Team Building looking for a four-hour team building session that as fun, team building and would help build and strengthen relationships within the office.
The client already had a venue as they were holding a morning meeting which was quickly confirmed as Trent Bridge Cricket Ground in Nottingham. This excellent modern facility obviously has excellent parking, access and meeting facilities with many of the meeting rooms having a great view over the cricket ground, meaning that there is a lot of natural daylight flooding into the conference rooms.
Given that the enquiry was for four hours, we felt that a mix of two or our team activities would be most suitable to fulfil the brief as we would normally recommend a half day team session to be of around two and a half to tree hours in duration, so needed to ensure the content of the session was correct for the duration.
The solution, the client chose was from six activity formats ideas, was Race Across The World & Bridge Building which is a great mix of unusual engaging activities, fun and a lot of interaction in and between the teams.
The session was very well received by the 57 guests and the event went without a hitch. As normal we took lots of photos for the client to use after the event and the feedback was of course immensely positive.

A great afternoon of team building, with Anthony proving a fantastic host. He, ably assisted by his two colleagues helped deliver a fun, engaging and competitive team building experience. The varying components that contributed to both the ‘Race Across the World’ and the ‘Bridge building’ tasks, meant that all of the individuals within our business had an opportunity to showcase their talents in one way, shape or form…
Anthony’s humour helped put shyer members of the team at ease and his ‘banter’, at the expense of myself and our Sales Director set the tone for everyone to have a great time but in a very positive way. It really did help people get to know each other better and provide the opportunity for some newer members of our business to get to know others a little better. We will 100% be back in touch to discuss a future event and I would also have no hesitation in recommending the EML team to others. Thank you.
