How it Works
Team Building Plus follows a simple three-part structure:
1. Kick-off session – this is where we energise the group, set the scene for the forthcoming activity and focus on the impact of effective communication, whilst exploring the pillars of high performing teams.
2. Your chosen team building activity – high-energy, engaging, and memorable, exactly as you’d expect from EML.
3. Wrap-up session – we draw out key insights, share reflections, and agree practical next steps your team can take back to the business. There is also an option to receive a written report capturing the output of the wrap-up session, along with recommendations around future development opportunities for your team. It’s a tangible takeaway you can act on — and share with stakeholders who weren’t in the room.
