Team Building Plus follows a simple three-part structure:
1. Kick-off session — we set the context, frame the day against your objectives, and build anticipation for what’s ahead.
2. Your chosen team building activity — high-energy, engaging, and memorable, exactly as you’d expect from EML.
3. Wrap-up session — we draw out key insights, share reflections, and agree practical next steps your team can take back to the business. Within one week of the event, we deliver a written report capturing the output of the wrap-up session, along with recommendations around future development opportunities for your team. It’s a tangible takeaway you can act on — and share with stakeholders who weren’t in the room.
