Before paint ever touches canvas, our office-based team collaborate with you to create the style of image you want whether this is a bespoke image that reflects your mission, vision, or values, so the activity speaks your language and your culture from the very first brushstroke through to a produced image. On the day, our friendly Facilitator welcomes everyone, sets the scene, and introduces a playful art-themed icebreaker that warms up minds and breaks down barriers. With background music to set the tone laughter arrives quickly, confidence follows, and even those who do not see themselves as “artistic” discover they have an eye for detail or a knack for coordination. Once teams have been allocated every participant has a clear role and the atmosphere is relaxed yet purposeful.

If you choose to go for a bespoke image it is divided into numbered sections, and each team receives a number of canvases to recreate with accuracy and flair. Success of course depends on collaboration within teams and across them – lines must meet, colours must match, and brush techniques must feel consistent from panel to panel.

Teams usually find that a number of nominated ‘team communicators’ are needed to  share measurements and colour mixes with neighbouring teams, while painters mix tones, test strokes, and agree how to bring texture and light to life. Conversations spring up about edges, shadows, and scale, and the big picture becomes the shared compass that keeps every brush pointed in the right direction.

Our facilitators circulate throughout, offering tips on colour theory, proportion, and layering while ensuring the process stays clean and comfortable. We provide all materials, cover surfaces, and protect venues with care, so participants can focus on creativity without worrying about mess. The session scales beautifully, the rhythm is calm and well-paced, and the guidance is always supportive, never prescriptive.
