With a playful nod to our longer and more involved team event Team Apprentice, at the end of the session teams have one minute to present their chocolaty creations to one another. Which team will win the day and impress their colleagues will be decided by them by everyone who has taken part in a fun voting system.
Guided by our team participants learn basic confectionery skills while developing a complete product concept. From tempering and moulding to filling and finishing, every guest discovers new techniques in a fun, hands-on setting designed to build confidence, connection, and creativity. Along the way, each team shapes its brand story, designs custom packaging, defines a target audience, and crafts a punchy marketing pitch.
Here’s how it works. First, teams dive into product creation, using curated ingredients and tips to produce unique chocolates. Next comes branding and marketing, where they bring the product to life with a memorable name, eye-catching design, and clear positioning. Then it’s presentation time—a high-energy showcase of flavour, originality, and teamwork. Finally, judging and prizes: entries are scored on taste, creativity, design, and collaboration, with well-earned accolades for the winners and delicious take-home treats for everyone.
