Teams turn chocolatiers, designers and marketers all in one session — building a brand from scratch and bringing it to life on the table in front of them.
Each team hand-makes a tray of chocolates, designs and brands the packaging using the materials provided, and pulls it all together into a tight 3-minute pitch to launch their new brand to the room.
With production, packaging, brand and pitch all needing attention, teams have to split roles fast and work to the clock — because the finish line isn’t the last chocolate, it’s a live pitch in front of rival teams.
Then it’s decision time. Everyone votes for the best overall product and pitch, but nobody can vote for their own team, so the tasting matters just as much as the talking.
