Step into the Crystal Challenge and get ready for mind-bending mayhem, big laughs and serious team spirit as your team races the clock to collect as many crystals as possible.
Working together, teams negotiate physical conundrums and solve puzzles across a sequence of zones built to test calm communication and creative problem-solving. Every crystal counts: each one converts into seconds in the finale, where time truly is money.
The vibe is playful, the competition friendly, and the result is a shared adventure that gets everyone talking. If you’ve seen the show that inspired it, you’ll spot the heartbeat straight away.
From sunlit lawns to conference suites, Crystal Challenge works indoors or outdoors, so your event never depends on the weather. An experienced Event Manager welcomes the group, delivers a clear briefing, and splits everyone into balanced teams of around eight. A whistle (or hooter!) starts the action, and teams rotate through the zones at twenty to twenty-five minutes per station, fast enough to keep momentum without ever feeling frantic.
Our Event Managers host each activity, explain the rules, and keep the playing field fair. They’re also watching for the behaviours great teams show, like thoughtful delegation and supportive listening, and reward them with bonus crystals.
Every challenge is a race against the clock, with up to ten crystals up for grabs. Your haul depends on how well you collaborate. Tasks blend cerebral and spatial thinking with light physicality: brains over brawn, but everyone’s moving. Let us pick the challenges for you, or choose from our list of over 20.
By the final zone, the anticipation is real. We tally the crystals earned, and each team nominates who’ll step into the Vortex Machine or the Dome. Inside, the mission is simple but oddly hard: grab as many tickets as you can before the timer hits zero. The more crystals your team has earned, the more seconds you’ll have to play with.
Gold medals go to the champions, and bragging rights go home with everyone.
