Our take on Squad Games invites your colleagues into a high-energy team contest that mixes playful nostalgia with sharp tactical thinking. Squads tackle rapidfire challenges under the watchful gaze of our stone-faced Squad Game hosts, who keep the tempo high, the rules crystal clear, and the laughter rolling. Expect movement, noise, and plenty of buzz. The objective is straightforward – pull together, stay cool under pressure, rack up the points, and claim victory.

This isn’t an event about muscle or solo glory – it’s about thriving as a unit. Sharp reactions, smart planning, and tight teamwork are what carry the day when the clock is ticking. The breakneck pace keeps every guest switched on, flexible, and ready to pivot strategy on a dime.

The format is built to be welcoming, safe, and fiercely competitive. From the off, your guests are split into squads of up to eight. They’ll then work their way through a series of cleverly reimagined schoolyard classics, where talking to each other matters just as much as nailing the task.

There will be laughter, light-bulb moments, and the chance to spot hidden talents in colleagues you thought you knew. The winning squads aren’t necessarily the fastest – they’re the ones who pool ideas, agree on a plan, and crack on. Because the activities draw on familiar favourites like Giant Connect 4, Marble Run, Giant Jenga and Corn Hole, there’s minimal time spent on rules and maximum time spent playing.

As the Squad Games event reaches its climax, the moment everyone’s been holding out for arrives – Red Light, Green Light. The activity space transforms into an arena where it’s every player for themselves. The rules couldn’t be simpler, but pulling it off is comically nerve-jangling – guests can only move on green and must freeze completely on red.

The whole Squad Games experience is enormous fun. Buzzing with energy and noise, it’s quickly become one of our most popular events.

Available indoors, outdoors, or as a hybrid of both.

Outcomes of the Squad Games team building event

High-energy events like this – particularly when they tap into a familiar TV-inspired theme – tend to deliver some genuinely impressive results. They have a way of pulling people closer together, because the (simulated) high-stakes scenarios force everyone to lean on one another. That shared adventure rapidly builds trust and lifts team morale. And because the games demand quick thinking and clear communication, everyone gets meaningful practice in working under pressure, sharing the load, and thinking strategically – all wrapped up in something that’s properly enjoyable.

The theme itself does a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to engagement. It shakes up the usual routine, generates real belly-laughs, and creates the kind of moments people genuinely talk about afterwards. You’ll often spot unexpected leaders coming to the fore, or quiet problem-solvers stepping up – which can be incredibly useful for managers to see. The format also champions inclusive teamwork, where a variety of viewpoints pays dividends. And with a bit of reflection built in at the end, teams can unpack how they handled competition, stress and collaboration – lessons that translate straight back to the office. It’s a playful approach with serious benefits.

The outcomes are tangible and lasting. Teams walk away with greater trust, sharper listening skills, and a common language for making decisions when time is short. Built-in reflection moments connect the on-the-day action to day-to-day working life, helping squads convert their best moves and biggest laughs into useful habits.

So, round up your colleagues, get your game face on, and head to the start line with a smile. The hooter will blast, the challenges will kick off, and the points will start flying.

The event was very well run.

Michael, Colette and Cheryl were very engaging and had everyone involved very quickly.  I have had some very positive feedback with a few “the best one yet”!  Thank you.
