Team Challenge

Working together in teams of typically 8 to 10, guests will negotiate light physical and table-based activities. When you enquire about this activity, our sales team will provide you with an easy to navigate document with brief descriptions, photo and video link to the individual activities that are best suited to your requirements. Typically for a 2½ hour event we would suggest 4 or 5 activities… Your original proposal will contain around 10 activities to choose from so you get the right mix. This way the event is personal to you, your defined outcomes and your team.

Tackle a series of team challenges that reward calm communication, quick collaboration, and creative problem-solving. The atmosphere is playful but purposeful, the competition friendly, and the shared adventure gets energy up, barriers down, and conversation flowing. Whether you’re on sunlit lawns, in a spacious conference suite, your offices or a factory space the Team Challenge runs brilliantly with no weather worries. An experienced Event Manager welcomes everyone, gives a sharp briefing, and forms balanced teams of around eight so every voice counts. On the whistle (or hooter!) teams rotate through challenge zones at a lively 20–25 minutes per station -enough time to think, not enough to drift. The format is inclusive and scalable; the pace is focused, not frantic. Our Event Managers host each activity, clarify the rules, and keep things fair. They also spot high-performing team behaviours, smart delegation, supportive listening, decisive problem solving.

Success as always depends on how well you collaborate. Challenges blend cerebral puzzles with spatial tasks and light physical elements—brains over brawn, with everyone engaged and moving.
