Suitable for any indoor space, this team building workshop begins with an experienced facilitator setting expectations and forming mixed groups of six to eight people to ensure balanced discussion. After a concise briefing, teams move through a sequence of structured activities at a steady, manageable pace. Facilitators guide each exercise, create psychological safety and encourage everyone to contribute, regardless of role or confidence level.

Across the workshop, teams engage in a blend of communication tasks, group problem-solving and reflection moments that highlight strengths, blind spots and opportunities to improve.
