No — and we’re upfront about that. TB+ is a purposeful wrapper around a single day, not a multi-month learning intervention. If your team has a specific issue to work through (communication breakdown, trust, change that hasn’t landed), the Team Unity Workshop is the better fit. How long do your L&D sessions last?
The Team Unity Workshop runs as a half-day session of approximately 240 minutes. Team Building Plus wraps around your chosen activity — typically a half or full day in total, depending on the team building event you select.
How many people can take part?
The Team Unity Workshop works for groups of up to 100 in a single session. Team Building Plus scales with the activity it wraps, from 10 to 1,000+ people. For very large groups, we use multiple facilitators and break into sub-groups so the small-group conversations stay meaningful.
Where can these sessions be delivered?
Anywhere in the UK with a suitable indoor space — your office, a hotel, a conference centre or a venue we source for you free of charge. The Team Unity Workshop is non-physical and works in standard meeting rooms with banqueting-style seating. TB+ requirements depend on the team building activity it wraps.
Can the sessions be tailored to our organisation?
Yes. Both options are tailored during a planning conversation. We map the workshop or wrapper to your priorities — whether that’s communication, change, customer service, values, leadership behaviours or a specific conference theme.
