A High-Flying Team-Building Adventure with CAVU

At EML Team Building, we’re all about creative team-building ideas that break the mould. Our recent event with CAVU, part of their Direction of Travel programme, was the perfect blend of strategy, energy, and inspiration. 

The Challenge: Race Across the World 

The team tackled our Race Across the World challenge, a fast-paced and engaging experience designed to spark collaboration, boost problem-solving skills, and energise teams. Right from the start, it was clear this was no ordinary away day. 

Teams worked their way through three global-themed zones, solving challenges and collecting passport stamps along the way. With a central travel desk, custom passports, and competitive momentum, the event brought out the best in every participant. 

The Venue: Beneath a Concorde 

The setting took things to a whole new level. Held beneath the wings of a real Concorde, this aviation-inspired venue was the ideal location for a team focused on progress and innovation. 

Surrounded by the legacy of one of aviation’s greatest achievements, the team had space to reflect on their own journey and goals. It added a powerful visual and emotional element to the day. 

 Around the World in Three Zones 

Each zone presented different kinds of challenges designed to test communication, strategy, and teamwork. Whether solving puzzles, navigating tricky tasks, or collaborating under pressure, each zone demanded focus and cooperation. 

As teams completed challenges, they earned stamps in their passports, adding an element of fun competition and keeping spirits high throughout the day.
