From start to finish, EML were fantastic - they kept us updated with suggestions for our games day, options depending on our costs and space, and every single staff member we spoke to, or met, was full of energy and enthusiasm about bringing our vision to life. We had various email and phone conversations and then a site visit to ensure the space we had chosen was suitable for the game options we had picked. On the day, the team arrived early, set up and were key in drumming up excitement amongst our players. They kept the positive vibes coming through the day despite the pouring rain at one point, making everyone laugh with their banter over the microphones. Their mix of professionalism but also friendly fun reassured us we had picked the right company for hosting our games final. We had so many good comments from staff afterwards about how fun the games were and what a great day theyd had. We very much appreciated that it was tailored to our audience (built environment professionals). Jon, Joanne and Simon were brilliant facilitators and Megan professional with the organisation. We recently took part in a Race Around the World team-building activity during our away day, and it was nothing short of fantastic! From start to finish, the session was high-energy, engaging, and incredibly well-executed.
