What does team building cost?

We deliver live, face-to-face team building events at venues across the UK and Europe.

As a guide, our live team building events start from £1,895 + VAT.

Most of our core events sit towards the more competitive end of our pricing range. As a guide:

• 50 people: from around £2,850 + VAT

• 100 people: from around £4,500 + VAT

Larger groups generally offer better value per person, while more complex events, longer durations and additional production requirements increase the overall cost.

Every event is quoted individually, so you get a price based on what you actually need rather than paying for things you don’t.

What affects the price?

A few things determine the final price.

Group size
Larger groups require more facilitators, equipment and production time, but the cost per person generally falls.

Location
Our guide prices are based around our central England base. Events further afield may require additional travel, accommodation and staff time.

Event format
Our core events offer our most competitive pricing. Larger scale productions, such as a 10-inflatable It’s a Knockout or a Bake Off with mobile kitchens, require additional equipment, staff and production.

Duration
Longer events require more content, production and staff time.

Start time
Very early starts can involve additional travel or overnight accommodation. Later morning and afternoon starts can often offer better value.

Date
Pricing can vary by day and season, with some dates offering better value than others.

• Pre-event planning and office support

• A dedicated event manager

• All event facilitators

• EML staff travel and subsistence for events in England and Wales

• £10 million public liability insurance

• A free venue search

Venue Hire & Catering

Venue hire and catering are NOT included – If you need a venue, we’ll find suitable options for you at no extra cost and put you in touch with the venue’s event management team. If you’d prefer us to manage the entire venue process, including invoicing, site visits, menus and dietary requirements, we can provide a full venue management service for an additional fee.

Virtual team building pricing

Our 60 to 90 minute virtual team building events start from £595 + VAT for up to 20 people.

As a guide, a virtual event for 50 people is around £1,045 + VAT.

Just like our live events, your final price depends on the format and group requirements.

You can choose a wrap-around format, with a kick-off session setting the context and a wrap-up turning the experience into practical next steps, or a standalone session before your event.

Available for events such as Bridge Building, Chain Reaction, Chocolate Factory, Crystal Challenge, Team Challenge, Scrap Heap Challenge, Lego Master Builders, Team Apprentice and The Big Picture.

Team Building: Tailored

Make it yours, not off the shelf.

We take a proven event format and adapt what your team sees and hears around your business, people or conference theme.

That could mean using your own office locations in Race Across The World, creating quiz rounds about your company or adapting challenges around your conference theme.

The proven format stays intact. The experience becomes yours.

Available for Team Apprentice, Race Across The World, Taskmasters, The Tricksters, Crystal Challenge, Team Challenge, Game Show Quiz and The Big Picture.

Team Building: Tailored starts from £595 + VAT

Charity team building

Our CSR events include a genuine charitable donation alongside the team activity.

Depending on the format, this could include building something such as a prosthetic hand for an amputee or a Sleep Pod for someone sleeping rough.

Allow £100 to £250 + VAT per team for the charitable donation, depending on what your team builds
