In this Lego based team building exercise, participants will take on the roles of architect, financier, communications officer and builder within their teams. Success depends on having the right people in the right roles.
Teams then work together to decipher briefing documents and construct their own part of a Lego structure. Communication and problem-solving are essential as each team faces their own Lego challenge to contribute to the final piece – Your company skyscraper!

We’ll talk about why you took certain actions, how you interpreted instructions, and how you communicated with one another. We’ll talk about what went well, what went badly, and how these things could be improved to boost team performance
